Naakubetta Cotton Fiber has gradually evolved in the business of Cotton Fiber Trading. Initially, our channel partners had Cotton Ginning and Pressing capacity of 3625 MT. The installation capacity was thereafter increased through the Art Ginning Machine and Hydraulic Pressing Machine to its current capacity of 11500 MT Per Annum. We are committed to deliver high quality processed cotton to spinning units worldwide to fulfil their requirements.
We deal in Indian long staple fibers DCH-32 (36 &34 MM), MCU-5 (32 MM), long-medium staple fibers SHANKAR-6, MECH-I/H-4 (28 MM), medium-short staple fibers F-414, J-34, JAYADHAR and short staple fibers V-797 & WAGAD.
Polyester Staple Fibers (PSF)
Our product range in Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) can serve almost all application areas such as spinning yarns, non-wovens and geo-textiles. We can offer first grade fibres in various deniers, lustres and colors tailor made to match your specific requirements.
Naakubetta PSF is available in various Deniers with different cut lengths. Our main supply is in Deniers 1.4 D, 1.5 D, 3.0 D, 6.0 D, 7.0 D, 15.0 D with cut lengths of 32 MM, 38 MM, 44 MM and 64 MM. The lustres are SEMI-DULL, BRIGHT and we can supply RAW WHITE and various DOPE-DYED Colors.
Viscose Staple Fibers (VSF)
Viscose Staple Fiber (VSF) is a natural, bio-degradable fiber with characteristics somewhat similar to cotton and is obtained from wood pulp or cotton pulp. As an extremely versatile and easily blendable fiber, VSF is widely used in Apparels, Home Textiles, Dress Material, Knitted Wear and Non-Woven applications.
Naakubetta VSF is available in Deniers 1.20 D, 1.40 D, 1.50 D with cut lengths of 32 MM, 36 MM and 38 MM. It can be in RAW WHITE or COLORS & packed in Bales.
Acrylic Staple Fibers (ASF)
Acrylic Fibres have traditionally been used as substitutes to Wool and Cotton. Through intensive, customer-oriented research, scores of new uses have been found for the Acrylic fibre. These include Shirts, Trousers, Sweaters, Scarves, Carpets, Blankets, Towels, Bathrobes, Bathmats, Table Linen, Home Furnishings and Toys to name a few.
Naakubetta in partnership with Global leaders in ASF manufacturing offers endless possibilities ranging from Micro Denier 0.9 D to Macro Denier 15.0 D and cut lengths ranging from 38 MM to 150 MM. Our special product is the 120 K Tex and 140 K Tex Continuous length fiber used for Non-Bulk and High Bulk yarns.
